This meeting immediately follows the PREX2 Analysis meeting, which is dedicated to tasks directly related to the PREX-II analysis.

Agenda

Analyzer code updates

  1. Made good progress in merging the minirun and LRB support branches into develop. Expect to roll out JAPAN-based miniruns and corrections this week for pre-CREX testing
    • Mini-run results from JAPAN are in the "burst" and "burst_*" trees
    • Compare what is available there with our aggregation outputs?
  2. Operations has been updated with support for both PREX and CREX blinding positions/blinding-box-sizes available from param files. CREX blinder is set up now (bbsize is 900ppb).
  3. What is the status of the "internal" first-pass extractor for BMOD data? We do have a post-processing script to do that
  4. The operations directories on adaq cluster still have uncommitted files. Are they important or not?

Prompt analysis toolchain

  1. Dithering & Lagrange toolchain
    • Do we have the "run-based" and "slug-based" toolchains set up for both respin1 and prompt?
  2. Setting up the respin1 toolchain
  3. Setting up the CREX prompt toolchain
    • Are there changes we want that we don't have?
      • If we're using JAPAN for regression, the summary and prompt plots are liekly not ready
      • We likely want to run the post-production regression to start; should use the minirun counter in the mul tree to make sure we're using the same
      • Can we consolodate the prompt summary outputs to be builtin to JAPAN now?
      • Aggregation can/should be changed to use the burst trees
  4. Status on the farm
    • Need to get added web space for plots
  5. Other issues

Other issues

  1. What is holding us up from the respin?
    • Need the "blessed dithering slopes"
    • Need increased web output directory space
