Agenda
Analyzer code updates
- Made good progress in merging the minirun and LRB support branches into develop. Expect to roll out JAPAN-based miniruns and corrections this week for pre-CREX testing
- Mini-run results from JAPAN are in the "burst" and "burst_*" trees
- Compare what is available there with our aggregation outputs?
- Operations has been updated with support for both PREX and CREX blinding positions/blinding-box-sizes available from param files. CREX blinder is set up now (bbsize is 900ppb).
- What is the status of the "internal" first-pass extractor for BMOD data? We do have a post-processing script to do that
- The operations directories on adaq cluster still have uncommitted files. Are they important or not?
Prompt analysis toolchain
- Dithering & Lagrange toolchain
- Do we have the "run-based" and "slug-based" toolchains set up for both respin1 and prompt?
- Setting up the respin1 toolchain
- Setting up the CREX prompt toolchain
- Are there changes we want that we don't have?
- Status on the farm
- Need to get added web space for plots
- Other issues
Other issues
