Pedestal/Calibrations Updates
- Devi has pedestals for SAMs and Main detectors - a new SAM pedestal run will need to be made with Devi's update
- We only have a Detector calibration - Caryn
- We need to take pedestals for BPMs - Amali
Issues
- beam mod analyzer + plotter documentation
- get bmod analysis results into a panguin or prompt plot
- get bmod analysis slopes into a online japan corrector for live regressed results
- dither correction / combiner map
- replace aggregator folder with develop
- make sure prex/crex data don't become mixed - fix grand agg plots
- fix burst definition as events passing cuts instead of fixed time intervals
- respin previous data
- make the combiner and mulc maps up to date
- fix missing channels and add new ones to aggregator
BCMs
- We want to use BCM an US as our normalizer and feedback BCM
- We need to check with Hall C and turn their feedback back on when they want it (still not 100% checked out that the EPICs print for Hall C is independent)
- We need an Unser curent ramp to calibrate these at 150 uA - Caryn
Target/Energy Tolerances
- How much of a excursion is dangerous for Ca48 frame issues? - Bob and Silviu say +-0.5 mm is still a good cut metric
- How well centered are we on the middle of the 9.4 mm Ca48 frame? Beam Centering and Q^2 Log entry

BMOD Ana
note regarding beammod analysis:
Running the BeamMod analysis for a single run.
From ~/PREX/prompt/bmodAna/ create a new beammod root file from the already prompted run (####) using command root -l -b -q bmodAna.C'(####,"max_input.list")'
then, to plot all combinations of alphas, deltas,and alpha/delta use the common root -l -b -q plotAD.C'("path/to/rootfile/created/by/the/previous/command.root")
