Production Run List - Slug 189 - IHWP IN - Flip-RIGHT

Continued from yesterday running

NEW Moller Quads Tune

  • Good - Run 7734 - First production run with new/bad moller Quads tune. Looks good - Cut 12 X BPM out > 0.5 mm, < -1.5 mm
  • Good - Run 7735 - Production run with new/bad moller Quads tune. Looks good - Cut 12 X BPM out > 0.5 mm, < -1.5 mm
  • Good - Run 7736 - Production run with new/bad moller Quads tune. Looks good - Cut 12 X BPM out > 0.5 mm, < -1.5 mm
    • Lots of RHRS asymmetry noise.
    • Cut out from 175k onwards to avoid any potential problems with the RQ1 communication failure
  • Good - Run 7737 - Production run with new/bad moller Quads tune. Looks good
    • Cut 12 X BPM out > 0.5 mm, < -1.5 mm.
    • Lots of RHRS asymmetry noise.

Production Run List - Slug 190 - IHWP OUT - Flip-RIGHT

  • Good - Run 7738 - Production run with new/bad moller Quads tune. Looks good - Cut 12 X BPM out > 0.5 mm, < -1.5 mm
    • Lots of RHRS asymmetry noise.
    • Tried a brief period of FFB On, which caused quite a bit of noise.
    • Generally OK though
  • Good - Run 7739 - Production run with new/bad moller Quads tune. Looks good - Cut 12 X BPM out > 0.5 mm, < -1.5 mm
    • Lots of RHRS asymmetry noise.
  • Good - Run 7740 - looks good. Cut 12 X BPM out > 0.5 mm, < -1.5 mm
  • Good - Run 7741 - looks good. Cut 12 X BPM out > 0.5 mm, < -1.5 mm
  • Good - Run 7742 - big jump in bpm 12X yield at the beginning of the run, but honestly it is probably fine to leave it in there.
  • Good - Run 7743 - Very short run. Looks good though

Continued in tomorrow's run here

Non-Production Runs and Bad Runs

Issues

  • Running with FFB off
  • Moller quads failed and we got a different tune over night. The data seems OK anyway
  • Run 7761 for Compton tuning on C-1%, needed vertical table move

Updates

  • BMOD tune seems OK.
  • I found another bug in code - was always using 4aX BPM even in 1X case for corrections... now fixed
  • It appears 1X 15746 BMOD analysis is the best for the last few days of running. Needs re-analysis to pick up pedestal fix and get the full run lists all analyzed again.
