1. New config files for counting house:
   • PK: he flat directory structure may be more useful. KP: we should try it as is and then see if it becomes too cumbersome.
   • PK: for the coating house we need to setup the following files: conf, detectors, beamline, helicity,
2. memory resident root file
   • CG: will work with Bob on Th to see how to get online memory root files.
   • PK: will try to get a memory map file from a disk resident file. CG: that would decouple the et-bridge issue from the online monitoring work allowing us to move fwd on both fronts.
3. feedback
   • PK: working on importing the Qweak feedback analysis structure into japan. More work is needed to make sure the functionality is there. KP: we probably will want Amali to get involved when this functionality is complete.
4. HAPPEX ADCs
   • PK: the places where it’s hard coded to default to VQWKs may not be as big of an issue as we originally thought (like the energy calculator). These should be straight forward to switch to a templated definition.
5. plan for next week
   • KP: present next week: WAC process for PREX: steps, outputs and macros.
   • PK: will work on getting a memory file from a disk file, then on importing older functionality (which is dependency for directory flattening) and then on feedback.
