Agenda

  1. Respin2
    1. Included all runs from respin1, plus the calibration runs, plus the transverse (webplots went to "hidden" directory)
      • Comparison of "events in good multiplicity patterns" from summary text files; totals: respin1==3.47264e+8, respin2==3.48539e+8
    2. Nearly all runs replayed in respin1 have been replayed; two exceptions: 3292 (nearly all events failed in respin1), 4134 (no respin1 webplots, prompt webplots show beam is off for all events)
    3. Tao identified some problems, documented in HAPlog 4138
      • Two runs with BCM outliers: 4512 and 4519. We should add event cuts and respin those runs.
      • Three runs with file splits that were not replayed, plus one transverse run has a non-replayed file split: runs 4020, 4028, 4112 (transverse), 4236. The second file should be spun also.
        • There are six runs in our run lists with file splits, all having two files. We may want to reanalyze these as if the data files were not split. The code can do this, but need a special batch submission for it. Is it worth it?
      • There is a mismatch in the LRB and postpan corrections during some single arm runs, due to LRB discarding events with local cuts on the "bad" arm. To resolve this, should change LRB configuration for single arm runs to only use the "good" detectors.
    4. Tao: Compare respin2 vs respin1 with exisiting data [1]
      • pattern counting
      • respin1 regression vs respin2 regression
      • respin2: dithering vs regression
