Minutes

  • Beam update:
    • 85 uA beam to Hall A initially and remain high current for few shifts.
    • Take data while high current to check beam monitor resolution - main goal
    • Take pedestal data with current ramp zero beam in-between for beam

monitors

    • Take few runs with injector DAQ
    • Halo target studies? low current halo target calibration
      • Halo detectors are read by scalers and also fed to EPICS
  • Lumi Update
    • Need N2 hookup for lumi detectors (to remove moisture) with help from Hall A techs.

Misc.

  • It would be nice to have real-time viewer for optics studies in commissioning (discussed in 01/16/2014 meeting)
