1. Propose new meeting time: 11am Thursday
   • KP: will wait until we get an anwer from Paul S.
2. Ciprian: beampipe configuration documentation pdf
   • KP: this will take a lot of power so we need more information
   • DG: would like to join in the meeting with Keith
3. 2016 Beam Request Forms (link)
   • Call for Requests pdf
   • Interactive Form (PREX / CREX)
   • EDRL (PREX / CREX)
   • KP: we should fill out everything and circulate it through the hall people
   • DG: end of July is the deadline for these documents
4. Jay: TOSCA modeling of Q1 (from 2PM)
   • KP: it looks like the implementation is about right in Jay's models
   • JB: calculating the model at 28% of what Juliette had (294=0.28*1050) for CREX and half that for PREX is a reasonable start according to Jack Seagal. KP/SR: sounds about what we expect. We should check by looking at the field inside the bore of the Q1s
   • CG: will check with Jack or Jessie regarding the material of the septum beampipe and will inform group.
5. Other:
   • KK: We need a discussion about priorities going forward (maybe in a restricted format)
