Agenda
- Chandan : We want to learn how to read out GEMs with a simple CODA controller and ROC system (we have a portable VME crate setup we want to use at SBU)
- Cameron : We need to get the CODA controller to serve the file system via NFS file server to the ROC - see DAQ Networking, where these things are documented.
Minutes
- Morning - 9AM - Chandan, Cameron, Danning Di : Chandan and Cameron visited Danning Di at UVA to get experience with their GEMs and CODA setup.
- Afternoon - 1PM - Cameron, Chandan : We got the NFS fileserver to mount, but the ROC2 connection to the CODA system was frustrated by unknown networking errors - we decide to return to JLab to ask Bryan Moffit for specific help.
