Agenda

1. Design update: Kent
   • KP: significant redesign of the platform around the pivot to accommodate the APEX septum. Additionally the sky shine shielding was integrated. More updates at the collaboration meeting.
   • KP: Robin has been updating the budget and design/procurement schedule. We discussed the possible redesign of the SAMs.
   • KP: the suggestion was made to use the target cans for SAM cans. They seem to be robust and relatively cheap.
   • KP: we talked to the dump designers about the dump o-ring. They believe that we should be safe (with a somewhat small safety margin).
2. SAM status: KK
   • KK: what is the plan for the SAM redesign. KP: we need to have some simulation results and then we different options on hand we can make a decision.
