Agenda / Minutes
- TOSCA sims: Adam
- AZ: should have the fringe fields for both septum and Q1 for P2 and C by the end of the day.
- Radiation from SAMs: Cameron (slides WikiPage | DocDB | ELOG)
- CC: rerun the benchmarks enabled to get improved error bars on the ratios
- CC: added beveled edge and proper quartz R-length. The differences were small
- CC: increase of 30% radiation for P2 at the HRS platform.
- Concrete simulations: Adam/Ciprian
- AZ: waiting for simulations to trickle through the farm.
- CG: talked to Steve Wood and he will provide me with the material he used for his SHMS simulations.
- SAM Rate simulation: Tao (slides WikiPage | DocDB | ELOG)
- TY: we do not know the #PEs for the new design so in these simulations I am only looking at rate
- CG: Rerun both simulations with a new target position of -110 cm. We want to move the target back to improve FOM.
