1. organization: All
   • All: repository has been updated with list of issues: https://github.com/JeffersonLab/japan/issues
   • CC: for now will focus on other tasks but plan to start working on the analyzer after Sept
   • CG: will focus on the ET problem and getting the panguin system working with japan
2. beam modulcation:
   • PK: noticed there is a phase shift between the drive signal(voltage for the modulation coils) and LEMs (current going to the magnet) KP: the inductance of the coils could pause that. Most of the coils had few degrees and one had 35 deg during P1 and Seamus calculated that the effect could be due to some small resistance difference.
