Agenda
- et_bridge
- BM: Carl Timmer recompiled et_start v12 with 32 and 64 bit. The problem seems to be that the et_bridge does not connect to the correct et_station. The problem is not really reproducible yet. There may be some system resource that is being used up (like a socket ?!). Working on figuring out a reproducible fail system.
- inclusion of HAPPEX ADCs
- BM: printed out the BCM and Qweak classes and working on integrating the HAPPEX ADCs. Half way through that.
- naming conventions:
- CC: will look at the naming conventions. KP: we should keep the readout device out of the name
- memory resident root file
- PK: memory file from disk file works. I’ll update the PANGUIN issue with information
- WAC:
- KP: the reason why PANGUIN is nice is the simplicity of the configuration files. This flexibility in the configuration file is really useful for beam studies. Should be able to select histograms from memory file as well
- KP: WAC’s purpose is to validate the data quality plus re-run and aggregation of the data.
- KP: we should check if the prompt analysis finished of the total number of events
- KP: we probably should just re-implement the high level functionality
- KP: we had a simple DB for the run. Not sure it was super useful compared to the overhead of maintaining the DB.
- KP: we should look at the slug aggregator (probably the old prex1 one was badly written)
- KP: we should make the analysis make a dither tree and we can then accumulate those trees.
