The HRS left and right optics tune selection has been updated. There are two choices: "NO SEPTUM" and "PREX". The PREX tune will load the following coefficients:

HRS-left
Q1: 146.38 A/GeV
Q2: 434.46 A/GeV
Q3: 536.18 A/GeV

HRS-right
Q1: 146.59 A/GeV
Q2: 436.04 A/GeV
Q3: 539.54 A/GeV

After reboots, each HRS optics tune record defaults to "PREX" and the momentum regulators to OFF
