Checking the GEM Gas panel

LHRS:
- Log in as pi@rpi5-prex (ask RC or expert for password)
- To stream camera
  - cd camera/mjpg-streamer/prex
  - Run ./stream_camera
  - In the client computer open browser and type http://rpi5-prex:8080/?action=stream
To rotate the camera
- Run ./pantilt
- A GUI will pop up
- You can choose an angle to rotate in pan and/or tilt direction
- Click SET button after selecting the angle otherwise the camera will vibrate
