Analyzer code updates

1. JAPAN-based miniruns, regression, and corrections merged into develop
   • Cross-checks with postpan
   • Mini-run results from JAPAN are in the "burst" and "burst_*" trees
   • Compare what is available there with our aggregation outputs?
2. BMOD first-pass extractor merged into develop
3. The operations directories on adaq cluster still have uncommitted files. Are they important or not?
4. Plan to remake operations today or tomorrow

Prompt analysis toolchain

1. Dithering & Lagrange toolchain
   • Do we have the "run-based" and "slug-based" toolchains set up for both respin1 and prompt?
2. Setting up the respin1 toolchain
3. Setting up the CREX prompt toolchain
   • Are there changes we want that we don't have?
     • If we're using JAPAN for regression, the summary and prompt plots are likely not ready
     • We likely want to run the post-production regression to start; should use the minirun counter in the mul tree to make sure we're using the same
     • Can we consolidate the prompt summary outputs to be builtin to JAPAN now?
     • Aggregation can/should be changed to use the burst trees
4. Status on the farm
   • Need to get added web space for plots
5. Other issues

1. What is holding us up from the respin?
   • Need the "blessed dithering slopes"
   • Need increased web output directory space: We have it, and will get it set up *today*.
