PREX Main<< HOW TOs << Expert Tools << Detectors

Motion System

RHRS

Image 1 - RHRS_detector GUI. The readings are not necessarily correct.
  • Log in as pi@rpi1-prex (ask RC or expert for password)
  • cd into Production/RHRS-LHRS-motion-control-GUI/RHRSnewgui/ directory
  • Run ./RHRSnewgui -platform xcb
  • A gui will pop up (Image 1)
  • To stream camera:
    • Click on camera radio button
    • Go to the web browser in the client computer and run http://rpi1-prex:8080/?action=stream
    • When you clicked camera radio button a GUI might have popped up
      • From the GUI choose what angle you want to rotate in PAN direction and TILT direction
      • Once you choose the angle click SET button, otherwise the camera will vibrate
