  1. Updates from concurrent running: Tao Bull's Eye Scan HAPLOG
    • TY: we asked MCC to scan 6 different positions. You can see the output from japan before and after the calibration.
    • PK: do we have to worry about projections from Harps to BPMs? TY: will double check. KP: this calibration does not matter for the asymmetry measurement.
    • KK: what about the pedestals? KP: this does not do that, and what is important is to get the pedestals for the current that we are running (forced gains)
    • KP: we should try to get the SAMs with steady running during APEX.
