  1. Moller update: Eric docDB299
    • EK: closest agreement so far.
    • EK: Roman mentioned they may have swapped the paddles in the past. Survey of the paddles will be done next week
    • EK: hopefully the survey will be able to resolve some of the differences between data and simulation.
    • SP: are the field maps only from TOSCA? EK: they also did some work with OPERA. They compared with field measurements.
    • PS: do the TOSCA maps have large multiples? EK: Jay still sees that and says that the LANL analysis from the past was not detailed enough.
  2. Integrating beam monitors: Ciprian docDB298
    • PK: additional BPM in the Parity DAQ? CG: will have to investigate this.
    • CP: what is the latency for the cavity BPMs? the other receivers had a 10-20 ns delay. YT: will ask Musson and get the actually latency for the signal
  3. DAQ: Cameron - slides
    • CC: Sync needs to be good enough so all data is within 1us
    • CC: Appendix C in Brian Moffit’s thesis provides the details.
    • slide 3: KK: is this different from PREX1? KP: the option 1 was done for both H2 and PREX1
    • slide 4: CC: we should have a procedure to look at pedestals on a regular basis. KK: the slow variations are not relevant. KP: there will definitely pickup between channels (if you plug the helicity signal into the crate).
  4. GEMs and Linearity DAQs @ JLab: Devi -- slides
    • CG :deferred to next week
  5. Tracking and optics: Chandan and Seamus Seamus
    • SR: we will make frames that will couple to the existing rollers so they can be similar to the current detectors.
