- Pedestal analysis needs more sanity checks - Kent, Caryn, Ciprian
- Fix issues with the PAN
Update from Thia - KK
- Cryo-cooling for solid target with 20-30 uA is not going to be accessible in December run
- 5 uA is the limit on the solid target with no Cryo-target
- Therefore we need to Cryo-cooling to reach higher rates to check noise levels on lumis
- Another possibility to try this out during GeMp in Spring-2016
Earliest beam time would be December 6th
Therefore goal for December run would be to check out DAQ, commission the beam and test BPM and BCM during December 6th
- Cryo-cooling would not be accessible in December run
Preparations
- Pedestal studies
- Cabling for halo, beam monitor, lumi
Update from Thia about the PREX support meeting (Engineering and target groups) - KK
- Which scattering chamber or target design to use for PREX/CREX needs to be determined
- Cryo-cooling issue with two tall narrow chambers
  - Target group think this is feasible to have separate cryo lines in each scattering chamber
- Qweak chambers will have no cryo issues and could use target ladder but there will be interface issues with collimator box
  - How to mount two targets
- Meeting will be at November 20th at 1 pm
Calcium oxidation issue
- We need a solution for the oxidation : discuss this at the PREX/CREX support meeting?

It would be nice to have real-time viewer for optics studies in commissioning (discussed in 01/16/2014 meeting)
