Minutes


  • PREX-II detector 2nd prototype is ready for testing. Dusting is doing cosmic testing now and plan to take the prototype to Mainz for beam testing.
  • Lorenzo will look into collimater and slit box activation to get feedback for de-instillation plans.
    • Start by simulating most update geometry to get dose values
  • We need to know how long minimally we have to wait and what technique we should follow for collimator + slit box de-installation

Misc.

  • Beam parasitic studies needs a to-do list

TO DO Lists

  • We need to have an estimate of how much coulombs used for PREX-I data and an estimate for PREX-II to determine effectively how much more beam time we will use.
  • Have a optic calibration run plan (discussed in 01/16/2014 meeting)
  • It would be nice to have real-time viewer for optics studies in commissioning (disussed in 01/16/2014 meeting)
