Meeting with Pavel : we need to have our RSAD ready with our run conditions. Kent will talk to Doug about doing this properly. Activation and installation plans : we have to do our study on activation and inform RadCon. They will comment on our work.
- We will need Lorenzo's help for activation study. Kent will discuss this with Lorenzo to make sure he has time to do it or someone start picking up his work with Fluka.

Dustin and Dave Meekings discussed about using cheap Calcium target during PREX. We need to have a physics and technical target talks during next collaboration meeting.
- One possibility of using Ca target with PREX setup is to have Ca target installed more upstream in the scattering chamber. We have to check that vacuum shielding and Ca target installation have conflicts or not.

Kent will update Pavel and George Kharashvili about our current status on activation studies that Lorenzo has done.

Collaboration meeting will be held of 15th and 16th of December. Bob will start looking into local logistics at JLab. Bob and Kent will work on a draft agenda for the meeting.
- There is a possibility to have a Moller meeting after the PREX meeting on that same week.
Engineering open issues that needs attention from Alan and other engineers
- Plastic shielding update once we finalize our conceptual design
- Water shielding in vacuum, the cad design do not exists.
- Septum magnet shielding for beam line. We agreed to extend magnetic shielding in either ends of the septum to minimize the fringe field
- TOSCA model simulation with magnetic shielding is also required with this improvement. We need help from Paul Brindza or Robin Wines. Juliette can provide expert help from PREX collaboration side on this project.

We need to have an estimate of how much coulombs used for PREX-I data and an estimate for PREX-II to determine effectively how much more beam time we will use.
Have a optic calibration run plan (discussed in 01/16/2014 meeting)
It would be nice to have real-time viewer for optics studies in commissioning (disussed in 01/16/2014 meeting)
