1. Seamus: beam scheduling
   • SR: documentation was mostly completed by Kent and handed over to Seamus. Will submit request tomorrow.
   • SR: we have fwded ERR responses to Patrizia and hope to get positive answers
2. Ciprian: dump simulations
   • CG: Will have update next week
3. Ciprian: collimator design
   • CG: Al Gavalya is making the final collimator drawings and seems to have everything he needs. He talked to people in the machine shop here at JLab and they seemed confident they could perform the work (they did the Qweak collimator)
   • SR: it would be helpful to have some design meetings with CAD drawings being reviewed. DG: will talk to Thia about scheduling some
