HRS ROC Power Strips

The tritium wiki has a page that has been updated to include information about power cycling the LHRS (ROC 25) and RHRS (ROC 26) VME Crates:

HRS DAQ Power control

See here

Main Remote Power Strips

In each HRS we have all of the important detector motion and Low Voltage controls plugged into remote power strips. These strips are managed by Jack Segal and reside in the 188 Hall A subnet.

Using the strips

To cycle power:

  • From within the Hall Gateway (inside the fence) on a JLab computer
  • Enter the I.P. address into your webbrowser
  • Enter the username and password (hacuser, standard PW)
  • Click on the Control menu -> RPDU -> Outlet
  • Check the box of the channel you would like to cycle
  • Select the action to apply to that channel from the drop down menu
  • Click "Next>>"
  • Click "Apply" in the next window

Left Arm

Left Arm Strip

  • I.P. address 129.57.188.155 -> pi@rpi4-prex (see DAQ Networking)
  • Also has 129.57.188.52 in swotch port 21
  • Username hacuser (standard hacuser PW)
  • Admin account, ask Dustin or Cameron
  • Switch port on 188 subnet: "halla-leftarm-top-sw" port 22

Right Arm

Right Arm Strip

  • I.P. address 129.57.188.156 -> pi@rpi1-prex (rhrs_motion)
  • Username hacuser (standard hacuser PW)
  • Admin account, ask Dustin or Cameron
  • Switch port on 188 subnet: "halla-rightarm-top-sw" port 24
