Open Panguin
- If not already started in a terminal window
- Open a terminal
- Type "ssh apar@adaq2" and enter the password when prompted
- Type "panguin"
- A gui window will pop up
- click on the radio buttons to choose which plots to look at
Expert Shifters
Experts should open a different panguin window to monitor runs.
- ssh to apar@adaq2
- Enter command
gojapan
- Do
cd panguin
- Then you can run
./build/panguin -f macros/<some config file probably ending in .cfg> -r <run number>
- A good macro file will likely be some variation of cwac_checkrun.cfg. Do note that as of 2019-06-21 this macro doesn't work due to errors in addressing the tree names in JAPAN output.
