CREX transverse respin1 planning

• Run range: 6344 - 6408 (full run list is posted in agenda from 6 July)
• New variables for dithering: diff_bpmtargetsumX, diff_bpmtargetdiffX (1/ sqrt(2))(1X ± 4eX); diff_bpmtargetsumY, diff_bpmtargetdiffY (1/ sqrt(2))(4aY ± 4eY). Energy should just be 12X --- Added to crex-respin1 branch
